Skills and Insights Gained

During my participation in the Work and Travel program, I worked at an amusement park in New Jersey, USA, where I gained hands-on experience in a variety of roles including ride operator, cashier, maintenance worker, and cook. Each role helped me develop key skills such as customer service, safety management, multitasking, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. I interacted with a diverse range of international customers in English, ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction. This experience significantly enhanced my soft skills, particularly communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.
